Shipping Information:

We normally ship via UPS Ground within two business weekdays after your order is processed. If your package is undeliverable because of an error in the address information you provided and it is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price of the items excluding the shipping costs once the package is returned to our shop. In other words, the shipping charges are non-refundable if a package is returned because of your error. If our shop made an error in typing the shipping address that you provided which caused your package to be returned, we will attempt to resend your package at our expense. Please allow up to 8 to 10 business days for Ground delivery.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:


You may refund or exchange any damaged items returned in their original packing within 7 days of receipt.
